FAQ's/T&C's
1. How long will my order take to ship?
All products ordered that are in stock will be shipped within 4 workings days from the order. Please allow 5-7 working days for items that are out of stock. Commissions will be on a case by case nature.
2. How much notice will I need to give to have a commission completed?
As I am usually super busy please allow up to 4 months for a commission to be completed. If you require it sooner, this may be possible however a 'rush on order' cost may be added.
3. How do you ship your items?
All items except large originals on stretched canvas will be shipped via Australia Post. All original paintings or large commissions will be sent via courier.
4. Do you ship Internationally?
Not at this point, but am hoping to do so in the future.
5. What happens if my items are damaged in transit?
Although I take great care to package items to avoid this, once they leave the safety of my hands I can't ensure they will arrive to you safely. Although this is very rare that an item is damaged, please contact me if you do find your item has been damaged in transit to arrange a refund or replacement where possible.
All originals artworks will be sent insured for both your and my peace of mind
6. Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. I will only refund or replace on damaged items.
7. What are your payment methods?
At this stage it is only paypal, credit card and Afterpay are my only forms of payment.
8. Do you do commissions?
Of course! I usually require about 3-4months notice before the artwork is needed to have enough time to create it and post to you. I will ensure that I will communicate openly with you to make sure that what I create is what you envision. I will also send progress photos to make sure you are happy with how it is developing. All commissions will be sent via courier with signature on delivery and insurance. There are no refunds for commissioned pieces.
9. Can Commissions be turned into prints?
All copyright remains the artists. This means that any commission piece can be turned into prints for sale . The only exception is when a personal photo from the customer is used then any potential print reproduction would be negotiated with the customer.
